Testosterone does diminish with age. But much of the decline we see in modern society is due to other issues. Excess insulin can push the testosterone reaction to a weaker form of testosterone, making for more expressions of testosterone deficiency. By regulating Insulin and making insulin function more effectively the testosterone reaction is pushed to making the stronger form of the hormone.
